Every site needs an active care plan. Hosting, domain renewal and connection support, SSL, updates, daily backups, monitoring and technical help are included. Store care also includes checkout health checks. Animated website care is £30/month and includes checks of the existing motion and mobile behaviour.
Need regular changes?
Website Growth & Support is £40/month (£400 annually). Store Growth & Support is £60/month (£600 annually). These business website and store plans include essentials, up to three hours of edits each month, priority support and monthly checks. Changes to animated websites are quoted around the work needed. Unused edit time rolls over for one month.
What’s outside the care plan?
Essentials covers technical maintenance. Content edits, new pages, redesigns, new features, SEO campaigns and copywriting are separate. For stores, adding products and managing orders are also outside essentials. New animated scenes and changes to animation are quoted separately. Extra work is agreed before it starts.
